Will it be hard to get a student loan after filing bankrupcy?

I know that you can't get rid of these type of loans by filing for bankrupcy. Will it be easier to get a student loan as compared to a regular loan, that could have been written of through a bankrupcy?

Will it be hard to get a student loan after filing bankrupcy?
No, Your credit score or the fact that you filed for bankruptcy will not affect your ability to get a student loan as long as you go through the financial aid process at your school. Private loans that some banks offer require good credit. Subsidized and unsubsidized student loans offered through your school are guaranteed by the US government. The Gov't also will cover interest while you are in school for subsidized loans.
Reply:Yes. Sorry but it may be close to impossible unless you have someone with excellent credit to co-sign for you.
Reply:For student loans, especially federal student loans (for undergraduates) they don't check your credit. So it probably will not mess you up.
